Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know.
How can I deposit funds to buy shares?
Deposit funds for the purchase of financial instruments to the account: ILIRIKA d.d., Slovenska cesta 54a, 1000 Ljubljana. IBAN: SI56 1010 0006 1529 035.
Why is login not possible?
The most common mistake is entering the incorrect username or password. When entering passwords, pay special attention to the differences between the letters O and o, and the number 0.
ILIRIKA has disabled access to the platform.
Access will be disabled after three unsuccessful login attempts, notification of a lost code, or suspicion of unauthorised access. Please contact us on +386 1 300 24 61 or online@ilirika.si.
The order has been received, but it is not among the active orders. Why?
If you have submitted a foreign order, it is possible that due to security reasons, the system does not support automatic transmission to the market. The broker will transfer your order to the market as soon as possible. If you have submitted an order for the domestic market, it is possible that you submitted it outside of stock exchange trading hours, and it will be transferred to the market when the stock exchange reopens.
How can I submit an order?
You send the order via the New Order icon, which will open a window where you enter the requested order execution data.
What is the difference between a market order and a limit order?
A market order means that the order will be executed immediately, regardless of the price offered on the market. A limit order takes into account your specified price at which the order should be executed and will only be executed when the order can be filled at your specified or better price.
I sold the shares, but I have not yet received the money. Why?
The funds are credited to your trading account. The funds are transferred to you automatically, unless, by means of a special statement with ILIRIKA d.d., you agree that the funds from sold shares are not automatically transferred to your personal account.
Why are the shares not shown in the portfolio?
Shares are not shown in the portfolio if the shares are booked on a registry account with KDD d.d. or on a trading account with another member of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, or at another brokerage house.
How do I make a share transfer?
You can transfer shares from a trading account of another brokerage house to an ILIRIKA trading account by signing specific KDD forms. First, you must have an open trading account with ILIRIKA, and then you must submit the signed KDD forms to the brokerage house.
When are the funds visible in the portfolio?
Funds for the purchase of securities are visible in your portfolio after the money is received in our account.
Who submits the application for the determination of income tax?
The application is to be submitted by 28 February of the current year by a taxpayer who, in the previous year, alienated securities and other shares, as well as investment coupons. ILIRIKA does not do this automatically for all transactions without explicit instructions, but only for those revenues realized in your name as dividends.
